About Career Counselor Sarah Eiseman:
Prior to becoming a public librarian, Sarah worked in professional recruiting, professional development, and Human Resources. Her experience included reviewing resumes and other candidate material, interviews and phone screens, job postings, and background checks. Her work has given her insight on common mistakes job seekers make, priorities for employers, and resources that can be used more effectively in a job search.
