Join us the second Friday of each month at our new International Movie Night to enjoy a fascinating film from another country! This series will feature comedies, dramas, musicals, romances, and thrillers from around the world. Each movie will be a window into another culture and a new opportunity to broaden your horizons. Come along with us on this exciting cinematic adventure! No registration required.

Our first film in this series will be the acclaimed 2015 Swedish comedy-drama A Man Called Ove (rated PG-13). Based on the bestselling novel by Fredrik Backman, this movie, which inspired a 2022 American remake, tells the story of Ove (Rolf Lassgård), the quintessential angry old man next door. An isolated retiree who spends his days enforcing banal rules and visiting his wife's grave, Ove has given up on life. After a boisterous young family moves in next door and accidentally flattens his mailbox, an unlikely friendship forms, and Ove finds himself with a new reason to live.
