IN-PERSON PROGRAM

Cooking with Ana is back to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! Join Ana Avila and Spanish Community of Wallingford (SCOW) for a bilingual cooking demonstration to celebrate. She will be making empanadas in the culinary styles of Colombia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. You will learn how to cook these dishes and maybe even get a taste!

Registration required.

Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15, by celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Join us for several programs this month, culminating in a Día de los Muertos celebration on November 3!
