Purpose of Meeting
Flu Clinic Information
- Bring your insurance card or a copy of the front of the card
- Wear short sleeves
- If this is your first flu shot, please arrive ½ hour before the end of the clinic and be prepared to wait 15 minutes after vaccination
- “Senior Strength” vaccine for those 65+ while supplies last
- Children 4-12 are welcome for nasal vaccine ONLY
- Children 13-17 for either nasal or injection while supplies last
- Nasal vaccine will be available to those 4-49 years who qualify
