The Wallingford Library Teen Area is specially designed for teens in grades 6-12. We offer a great collection of fiction, graphic novels, and manga. We even offer Comics Plus to read on your tablet or phone. Enjoy free wi-fi, a device charging station, and 11 teen computers. Check the online calendar for a listing of programs for teens.

Trading Card Battle Club

Calling all trading card sharks! If you have the urge to battle, come bring your Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Magic the Gathering cards down to the library to test your skills and compete for prizes. Premade decks can be provided by the library but bringing your own is encouraged.

Use resin to create your own dice set for Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop games! Each participant will make a full set of custom dice.Please note: due to the time resin needs to cure, you will need to pick up your dice the following week. Please do not register if you have attended previously.

Star Wars Planet Wall Art
Thursday, May 2nd, 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the Collaboratory

Bring a little piece of a galaxy far, far away into your home! We’ll create laser-cut wall art representing your favorite Star Wars planet. You’ll get to paint the wood and assemble the pieces to create a layered piece of wall art.

All pieces will be cut ahead of time, on your registration please indicate what planet you would like: Coruscant, Endor, Hoth, Mustafar, Naboo, or Tatooine.

Needle Felting Free for All

Needle felting is a craft that uses a barbed needle to mat fibers together, typically in wool. This session will be completely freeform and you’ll be able to felt anything you’d like!
