CT Safe Connect is a 24/7/365, free & confidential information and resource line for anyone impacted by domestic violence. You can speak with a certified domestic violence counselor who will follow your lead in the discussion, and you can choose not to answer their questions. Women & Families Center (WFC), based in Meriden, provides a 24-hour crisis hotline that is free and confidential. Spanish speakers & male counselors are available. WFC provides additional services for survivors including support at the hospital for an exam or at the police station/court if you decide to press charges.
